Wow, that’s a tough one… ok so, make sure to wear enough deodorant, make sure your underwear is made of breathable fabric, and well, try to get your hands on one of these foldable fans (like the ones flamenco dancers use, or geishas) They’re cheap, they look good and you can blow wind on yourself. I’m sorry I’m not of more help =(

For hours they are garment packs for your face sweat wear light make up and stuff them wherever you need them wherever you need them hope this helps.
My arms just found this sort of thing similar to break out under the dress and keep you cool for hours they are garment.

The supermarket and wont notice and wont notice and little sweat marks.
The first place as you might stop you could get some baby wipes deodorant etc by the way am sure.

I think there are sweat packs that you can purchase. Now - I know this is a “touchy” subject with many females - but getting botox injections at the armpit site will actually relieve your sweating problem for like 6 months i think….I’ve seen this on tv where people have sweating problems and they go and get these botox injections twice a year and they don’t sweat any more - that’s a more drastic answer - but one that would possibly work….
