For couple of days before your guests can do them in batches so you dont feel overwhelmed doing everything at once.
The last few days or whatever and just be wary that in the candy bar where your guests can go edible just wrap them up little cellophane bags or favor boxes with various kinds baking is good option.

I agree with many other posters… make it edible! otherwise you’ll be stuck will 100 coasters that no one wanted and just left….. or they’ll just throw it away
